Wanda and her high school sweetheart, Scott, loved raising their family in this vibrant area.

When she’s not assisting clients, Wanda enjoys exploring the outdoors, staying active, game nights with friends and spending quality time with her family. Whether it’s hiking, biking, or simply enjoying a weekend BBQ with loved ones, she values making memories in a supportive and loving environment.

Wanda attended Texas A&M University, where she earned a degree in education. Her educational background, combined with years of customer-focused experience, has given her a strong foundation in understanding people’s needs and providing the highest level of service.

Before transitioning into real estate, Wanda had a successful career, serving14 years in flight service, with American Airlines and later owned a franchised business called Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, in Cypress. These experiences gave her the opportunity to develop strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills—skills that she now applies in her real estate career to ensure her clients' needs are always met.

Wanda’s journey into real estate was driven by her passion for helping others.
