Mike Souther brings a wealth of experience in sales, business ownership, and customer service to his real estate career. A proud graduate of Texas A&M, Mike spent 12 years in sales in the specialty steel and telecommunications industries before opening and successfully operating an automotive repair franchise for 15 years. After selling the business, he and his wife, Becky, purchased a toy store, which she managed while he took time to stay home with their youngest child.

Once their youngest started grade school, Mike pursued his longtime passion for real estate, drawn to the opportunity to help families and individuals navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home. His background in business ownership, negotiation, and customer relations makes him a strong advocate for his clients.

A Cypress resident, Mike enjoys playing golf, gardening, and cheering on the Astros and Texans. Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife and their three children (ages 20, 17, and 7).
