Meet Sarah Jane

A Houstonian at heart, I’ve called this city home since the age of three, growing up in Clear Lake and graduating from Clear Lake High School before attending The University of Texas at Austin. While I majored in dance — with training in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance — my love for homes began early, spending weekends touring open houses with my mom. That early fascination grew into a lifelong career.

I earned my Texas real estate license at 23 and spent a decade working in the Austin market, guiding clients through a wide range of transactions while raising my two children and staying active in my community. During shifting market cycles, I also gained valuable experience in high-tech sales and with a start-up company, developing advanced skills in negotiation, account management, leadership, and delivering a truly client-centered experience.

My career later took me to the Washington, D.C. area, where I became licensed in Virginia and continued serving buyers and sellers while immersed in a vibrant, globally connected community. As a Navy spouse, I was actively involved in the Naval Officers Spouses Club of D.C. and had the opportunity to travel extensively, including multiple visits to Pearl Harbor. During this time, I also launched a home staging business, completed Master Stager training, and earned a Master of Arts degree from George Mason University — further strengthening my eye for design, presentation, and market positioning.

After returning to Houston, I was thrilled to rejoin the community that shaped me and, in 2025, became part of Blair Realty Group. Today, I bring clients the benefit of multi-market experience, strategic negotiation skills, and a trained eye for how to present a home at its absolute best.

I work with buyers and sellers in every stage of life — from first homes to luxury properties, downsizing, leasing, and everything in between. My approach combines high standards, thoughtful guidance, and a calm, steady presence, making each move feel organized, informed, and as stress-free as possible.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me volunteering in the Houston community, cooking, traveling, hiking, enjoying sports, or exploring everything this dynamic city has to offer.
