Meet Shabanese

Originally from Dade City, Florida; not to be confused with Dade County; I come from a small but impactful town near Tampa. I’m a proud wife to a Navy veteran and mom to two beautiful, lively girls who keep life full, busy, and fun.

Outside of real estate, life is full in the best way. Between church, networking, and exploring new places; I stay on the go. My girls are involved in extracurricular activities, so a lot of my time is spent cheering them on, showing up, and being present in those moments that matter most. Working out is my reset; and cooking and hosting for family and friends is my love language.

My background is rooted in education, with the last nine years spent in higher education as an instructional designer. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge; along with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Instructional Design from Saint Leo University. I’ve always been passionate about understanding people; how they think, learn, and grow; and I bring that same passion into everything I do. I love instructional design because it turns knowledge into impact; it blends creativity with strategy; taking complex ideas and making them clear, engaging, and meaningful. At its core, it’s about helping people succeed; and that’s exactly how I approach real estate.

My journey into real estate is personal. As a former first-time homebuyer, I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and unsure during such a major life decision. That experience shaped my mission to provide clients with the guidance, knowledge, and support I wish I had every step of the way.

What I love most about real estate is that it’s unpredictable. The market is always evolving; there’s always something new to learn; and it constantly challenges me to grow. I’m naturally self-motivated; and I thrive in an environment where there’s always another level to reach.

What sets me apart is simple; I’m truly one of a kind. My bubbly, genuine personality allows me to build real connections with people. Combined with my strong foundation in communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and professionalism; I’m committed to delivering an experience that’s not only seamless, but unforgettable.
