Cody Blair is the co-owner of Blair Realty Group, proudly supporting his wife and broker, Lynn Blair, as she leads the brokerage with passion and vision. With nearly 25 years at MBC Management, Cody has climbed from entry-level to CEO/CFO, all while building an impressive real estate portfolio of over 200 properties across Texas and Colorado. In 2022, he and Lynn launched BRG to better serve their investments and create a supportive space for agents to thrive.

Cody’s Story

Cody Blair is the co-owner of Blair Realty Group, but he’ll be the first to tell you—this is Lynn Blair’s brokerage! With unwavering support for his wife and broker, Cody takes pride in being her biggest cheerleader while she works her magic leading BRG. Together, they make a powerhouse team dedicated to bettering the real estate community.

Beyond BRG, Cody has spent nearly 25 years with MBC Management, rising from an entry-level position to CEO/CFO. His leadership and business acumen have been instrumental in growing their personal real estate portfolio. Since stepping into real estate investing in 2008, Cody and Lynn have built a thriving portfolio of over 200 properties across multiple LLCs in Southeast Texas and Colorado.

In 2022, they launched Blair Realty Group to better serve their investments and, more importantly, to create a brokerage that uplifts and empowers agents. While Cody’s role at BRG is more behind the scenes, his passion for real estate, business, and supporting those around him is at the heart of everything he does.
