• 90/10 Split: Reach $15,000 annual cap → Move to 100/0 for the rest of the year. (Return to 90/10 split the following year.)
• 100/0: After cap, $350 transaction fee per purchase ($100 per lease) applies.
• To safeguard you and your business, a small contribution of $39 per closing is required for Errors & Omissions coverage.
