After graduating with a degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston, I dedicated 11 years to public education, honing my skills as a communicator and mentor. In 2018, I decided to embark on a new adventure by obtaining my real estate license, discovering that this field offered another unique teaching opportunity. As I began my journey in real estate, I found immense satisfaction in guiding first-time homebuyers through the complex process of purchasing their dream homes. This experience allowed me to leverage my educational background, simplifying intricate concepts and easing clients' minds during one of the most significant investments of their lives. However, as I continued to grow in the industry, I uncovered my true passion: educating fellow real estate agents. This revelation led me to my current role as Director of Education at Blair Realty Group, where I work alongside my husband, Kaci, to develop and implement a comprehensive 12-class training program. Our curriculum equips new agents with foundational knowledge across key areas, including tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers, ensuring they are well-prepared to launch successful careers in real estate.
